So my new post is about a very new and cool technology DropBox..I know many of you must have heard about it..As it is a familiar name now-a-days with its huge 25 million users world-wide.
But still I find many people among my friends who aren’t so much aware of its awesome applications So I here I am to throw some light on its usage and installation.

DropBox is Web-based file hosting service operated by Dropbox Inc. that uses cloud computing to unable users to store and share files and folders with others across the Internet using File Synchronization.It was founded by Drew Houston and Arash Ferdowsi in 2007.
How to get started??
The process is very simple all you have to do is open an account in http://www.dropbox.com which is completely free and then download a dropbox to your desktop.It has a no. of versions for almost all OS..so you can choose your’s..it is it is also free..

How to use it??
After you activate your a/c n download the Dropbox..You will find that they will provide you with a free 2 gb of memory usage.

Now transfer all your important stuffs into the drpbox folder in your system and see the magic it will automatically sync with your a/c dropbox and with any other dropbox that u have in ur phone or any other system linked to that a/c.
You can also buy more space if you find it helpful.
Why should you use it??
Obviously for data transfer...You cant send large files like movies,videos,songs through e-mails...so yeah it will be very helpful.
Plus it will not affect your bandwidth(i.e. Internet speed)...The Synchronisation will start automatically as you start your system and it will continue in the background.
A small icon in your system tray will let you know the whole process.
